CRL Solar – Hartford, VT

System Description: 2.2 MW AC fixed ground mount system.  Existing wooded and sloped site requiring clearing and grading to allow for array installation.  System consists of (5) bi-polar AEI inverters, switchgear and step-up transformer for direct connection to utility.  System is currently in the design and permitting phase with anticipated construction to begin on 6/1/2012 and commissioned and operating by 12/1/2012.
Roles and Responsibilities: PV Systems Engineer responsible for complete system design, engineering oversight during construction and commissioning and performance validation.  Assisted in the preparation of the necessary documents for utility interconnect and Public Service Board permitting.

VT Air National Guard – South Burlington, Vermont

VT Air National GuardSystem Description: Total system size of 2.16 MW, consisting of a 32kW roof mount array, (6) dual-axis trackers (25kW) and a 2.1MW fixed ground mount array.  System was completed and commissioned in September, 2011.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for preparation of the complete set of electrical construction documents.  Provided engineering oversight during construction and performed final system commissioning and performance validation. You can read about this project in this article from SolarPro Magazine.

Burlington School District

Burlington School DistrictSystem Description: A 109 kW flat roof mounted system and 29 KW sloped roof system at Burlington High School.  A 92 kW flat roof mounted system at CP Smith Elementary School.  System was completed and commissioned in February 2012.

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for preparation of the complete set of electrical construction documents.  Provided engineering oversight during construction and performed final system commissioning and performance validation.

AstraZeneca PV Project – Wilmington, Delaware

System Description:Two roof mounted systems and one ground mount system for a total system size of approximately 1.7 MW.  System commissioned September 2011.

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Commissioning Engineer for the project. Provided engineering oversight during system construction, consisting of periodic site inspections and providing design clarification as needed. Responsible for assisting in the commissioning testing, reviewing commissioning data and preparing final commissioning documents.
